About us
We are a small consulting practice focused on one thing: helping businesses in Taiwan treat customers well at every touchpoint.
Our registered business
Content Pavilionhub Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 in Caotun Township, Nantou County. We chose this location deliberately — close enough to Taichung and the central mountain communities to visit clients regularly, far enough from the capital to understand the rhythms of regional service businesses.
Our founder, Huang Shu-ting, spent twelve years managing guest relations at a boutique hotel in Sun Moon Lake before starting Content Pavilionhub. She noticed that many local businesses cared deeply about quality but lacked structured ways to examine the customer experience from the visitor's perspective. The practice grew through referrals — a tea house owner telling a clinic administrator, a guesthouse manager recommending us to a retail shop.
Today we work primarily across Nantou, Taichung, and Changhua, with occasional engagements in Taipei and Kaohsiung when travel is practical.
How we work
We believe customer experience improvement starts with observation, not assumptions. Before recommending changes, we watch how customers actually move through your space, listen to staff describe their daily challenges, and read whatever feedback you already collect.
Our recommendations are sized for real constraints — limited staff, seasonal peaks, family-run operations where the owner still handles the register. We do not propose enterprise-scale programs for a three-person shop.
Training is hands-on. Reports are written in plain language. Follow-up is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

Values we hold
- Honest observation — We report what we see, including uncomfortable findings.
- Respect for staff — Frontline workers know more about daily friction than any consultant. We listen first.
- Practical scope — Three meaningful changes beat twenty suggestions nobody implements.
- Local context — Taiwan's service culture has its own expectations. We work within them, not against them.
