Customer Journey Mapping Workshop
A facilitated half-day session where your team maps the end-to-end customer experience, identifies friction points, and agrees on three priority improvements.
At a glance
- Format: On-site workshop
- Duration: Half day (4 hours)
- Location: Your premises in central Taiwan
- Pricing: From NT$28,000 per session (up to 12 participants)
- Best for: Retail, hospitality, and service businesses with frontline staff
Who this is for
Shop owners, clinic administrators, hotel managers, and team leads who sense that customers encounter unnecessary friction — long waits, unclear signage, inconsistent greetings — but lack a shared picture of where problems actually occur.
What you receive
- A printed journey map covering every stage from first contact to follow-up
- A prioritized list of improvement opportunities ranked by effort and customer impact
- Facilitator notes capturing staff observations and disagreements surfaced during the session
- A one-page action summary delivered within three business days
How the session runs
We begin with a brief walk-through of your space as a customer would experience it. Back in your meeting area, participants sketch the journey on large paper panels — arrival, inquiry, transaction, departure, and any follow-up touchpoints. We use color-coded markers for moments that delight, frustrate, or confuse.
The second half focuses on narrowing the list. Not everything can be fixed at once. Your team selects three changes to implement within the next month, assigns owners, and sets a check-in date.
What is not included
- Ongoing coaching beyond the included follow-up call
- Technology procurement or software setup
- Mystery shopping or covert observation without staff knowledge
Preparation
Reserve a quiet room with wall space for posting panels. Invite staff who interact directly with customers — front desk, floor staff, phone handlers — not only managers. Block four uninterrupted hours.
Follow-up
One 45-minute video or phone check-in, scheduled two weeks after the workshop, to review progress on the three agreed actions.
