Frontline Service Training
Practical training for customer-facing staff using role-play scenarios drawn from your actual business — greetings, difficult conversations, and handoffs.
At a glance
- Format: On-site training
- Duration: Full day (6 hours) or two half-days
- Location: Your premises
- Pricing: From NT$32,000 per session (up to 15 participants)
- Best for: Retail, food service, clinics, and guesthouses with frontline teams
Training approach
Sessions are built from real situations your team encounters — a customer asking about an out-of-stock item, a delayed appointment, a billing question. We avoid generic scripts. Instead, staff practice responses, receive peer feedback, and agree on language that fits your brand voice.
